Jeremy is a Partner at Caliburn Capital Partners and has over 32 years of investment experience.

Prior to founding Caliburn Capital, Jeremy co-founded Bayard Partners in 1992 and was responsible for investment management and marketing. Bayard Partners advised the Bayard Fund, one of the first London-based hedge funds, which specialised in European Equity Long/Short strategies. The Fund achieved substantial success for the balance of the decade, growing from $22 million to $900 million, returning 17.0% per annum from 1992 to 2002 and winning a variety of performance awards (Lipper, S&P Micropal, Morgan Stanley, European Hedge Fund of the Year - 1998). In 2002, the firm returned capital to the outside shareholders and invested in cash and high grade bonds.

In 1985, Jeremy joined Carnegie International Limited, the first independent pan-European brokerage firm, established to provide UK institutions with a research based brokerage service on European equities, to further develop its European research coverage. By 1991, when Jeremy and the UK management sold their interest in Carnegie International back to the parent company Carnegie Fondkommission, the firm employed over 100 staff and was valued at over US$75m. At this time, Jeremy was the Managing Director of Carnegie International.

Prior to this, Jeremy worked for Wood Gundy in European sales. Jeremy commenced his investment career at Touche Remnant Investment Management as an analyst and assistant fund manager, specialising in European equities.

Jeremy graduated from Hertford College Oxford with a Masters (Hons) in Jurisprudence.    

Chris Bouckley

Chris is a Partner at Caliburn Capital Partners. With over 34 years of investment experience, including over 15 years in hedge fund management, Chris is responsible for leading investment strategy.

Prior to founding Caliburn Capital, Chris co-founded Bayard Partners in 1992 and was responsible for investment strategy and portfolio management. Bayard Partners advised the Bayard Fund, one of the first London based hedge funds, which specialised in European Equity Long/Short strategies. The Fund achieved substantial success for the balance of the decade, growing from $22 million to $900 million, returning 17.0% per annum from 1992 to 2002 and winning a variety of performance awards (Lipper, S&P Micropal, Morgan Stanley, European Hedge Fund of the Year - 1998). In 2002, the firm returned capital to the outside shareholders and invested in cash and high grade bonds.

In 1983, Chris co-founded Carnegie International Limited, the first independent pan-European brokerage firm, established to provide UK institutions with a research based brokerage service on European equities. By 1991, when Chris and the UK management sold their interest in Carnegie International back to the parent company Carnegie Fondkommission, the firm employed over 100 staff and was valued at over US$75m. At that time, Chris was Deputy Chairman of Carnegie International.

Prior to this, Chris worked for Hill Samuel Investment Management as a European fund manager, where he launched and managed Hill Samuel's European Unit Trust, which was rated top of its sector 1981-1983. Chris commenced his investment career at Quilter Goodison & Co.

Chris graduated from Corpus Christi College Cambridge with a BA (Hons) in Classics.     

Mike Ketley

Mike is a Partner at Caliburn Capital Partners. With over 35 years of financial services experience, Mike is responsible for finance and operations.

Prior to joining Caliburn Capital as a Managing Partner, Mike was Chief Operating Officer of, and helped to establish, Wadhwani Asset Management LLP from its launch in 2002. At the date of his departure in May 2005, Wadhwani was one of Europe's largest global macro hedge funds with US$1.7billion notional capital under management. Mike remains on the firm's advisory board.

Prior to this, Mike was a founding shareholder and Finance Director of Bayard Partners. Bayard Partners advised the Bayard Fund, one of the first London based hedge funds, which specialised in European Equity Long/Short strategies. In 1988, Mike joined Carnegie International Limited, the first independent pan-European brokerage firm, established to provide UK institutions with a research based brokerage service on European equities, as its Finance Director. In 1992, he was appointed a Managing Director of Carnegie International.

Prior to this, Mike worked for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in their Audit and General Practice area, specialising in financial service companies. Mike graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor (Hons) in Economics & Accounting and is a Chartered Accountant. He is also a member of the Alternative Investment Management Association's (AIMA) CFO/COO Committee.
